You need a resealable container. Insert a large plastic bag leaving the top bit

out. Fill the plastic bag with water, tie it off, and then seal it in the container.

You need a rounded shoelace with a slipknot at both ends and half of

another shoelace with a slipknot at one end. And here's how it's done.
