to Sexprinzessin : 5 to 10 milli litres of sterile water is pumped in? a front door enema. That would be really hot while getting a backdoor enema at the same time.

to wifesfag : it is pushed into the bladder and filled with a small balloon in the catheter with about 5-10 ml so that it cannot slip out!
